CSAC Meetings will take place on every third Thursday of the month in the office at 6:00pm.
CSAC meetings, by design, are not open to everyone, but if you have something you'd like to be put on the agenda and discussed, please feel free to contact Rod Renteria, CSAC President at (916) 230-9471 or by email at rod@renteriagraphics.com. Additionally, you can contact any of the other CSAC members to have something added to the agenda. The CSAC has many different commitees to address different areas of concern/growth for St. Patrick School, and your input could be vital to the success of these commitees. The commitees are "generally" chaired by a sitting CSAC member, but the membership of each commitee are those that are the most in tune with whats going on, the parents/guardians of St. Pats students. The CSAC's ultimate goal is to help the parish make wise, informed decsions regarding St. Patrick School, and your input is one of the best ways to help make sure that happens. We are always looking for parents/guardians who want to get involved, and becoming a member of one or more of the committees is a great place to start.
If you have any questions or desire more information, please contact Rod Renteria at 230.9471.

We Want to Hear From You....
The St. Patrick School Booster Club and/or CSAC appreciates your feedback regarding anything related to St. Patrick School. If you have comments, please use this comment form, and your comments (anonymous or otherwise) will be forwarded to Rene Cornejo - Booster Club President, Rod Renteria - CSAC President, and/or Principal Rieschick as needed. It is also our plan to put a "suggestion" box in the office so that anyone can voice an opinion, be it positive/negative/both, again in an anonymous fashion or otherwise. There will be a standing agenda item on all CSAC meetings to address any items, and updates as to whats being done in regards to addressing comments gathered will be available on-line, in weekly/monthly newsletters, etc.

What is CSAC?
The Catholic School Advisory Commission is exactly what its name implies - it is a strictly "advisory" body whose main purpose is work and advise in collaboration with school and parish administration to determine school policies relating to many different areas including, but not limited to: Budget/Finance, Safety/Facilities, Marketing, Communication, Fundraising, etc. Working closely with school and parish administration (Principal John Rieschick and Monsignor Church), as well as concerned parents/guardians, faculty, students, and community members, the CSAC and its members and various committees provide connection between the policy makers and those affected by the policies. In addition, as many items addressed by the CSAC involve additional funding, one of the standing CSAC members is the President of the Booster Club, which is the fundraising, (and "fun" raising) arm of the CSAC. In that capacity, the President of the Booster Club, Rene Cornejo, has overseen the return of some of the more popular social/fundraising events from the recent past, as well as some new exciting ones. Rene is a well respected businessman in the Franklin Boulevard corridor, and brings the same enthusiasm and commitment to St. Patrick School as all other CSAC members. As we move forward, there will be many opportunities for interested parents/guardians to become involved, either directly or indirectly, with CSAC, and we invite each of you to seize on these opportunities to get involved and have your voice heard. Collectively, we believe we can accomplish great things and we'd all love for you to be a part of the process.

The Purpose/Goals of the Booster Club
Promote communication, cooperation and good will among parents, teachers and administration
Provide parents and teachers with the information to aid in all aspects of education and the student’s growth and development
Direct and coordinate parental support to the school through specific activities, social functions and fundraisers.
Organize parents as advocates regarding issues that affect St. Patrick School.
Who makes up the Booster Club?
All parents or guardians of students, and staff of St. Patrick School are automatically members of the Booster Club. Please consider volunteering for a Booster Club committee or serving as an officer for the Booster Club. St. Pats is a great place, and we're truly blessed with a great bunch of people. For parents/guardians new to St. Pats, and those that have been around for a while, the Booster Club is a great way to get involved with your child's school and education – and a great way to connect with other parents.
Our goal is to make St. Patrick School the best place it can be. Together we can make great things happen.
Please join us, we can really use your help !
